The following Terms & Conditions apply to your stay at Clarrie's Green.

Checkin & Checkout
Check in time is: 2.00pm
Check out time is: 10.00am
Late check out is available upon request and subject to availability. An extra charge may apply.
Person Classification
Infants: less the 2 years
Children: 2 to 12 years
Adult: 12 years and older
Number of Occupants
All stays must be used for private/residential use only and to accommodate the number of guests (maximum 5) stated on your booking confirmation.
No functions or parties may be conducted at the property.
Exceeding the stated number of guests will result in a termination of booking and you being required to vacate the property immediately without refund. Charges for additional guests will be debited to your Credit Card without further notice. If the amount owing is above the amount held you hereby accept this liability.
Cleaning
A professional clean will be carried out on check out at a required cost of $60 per cottage. Mid-stay cleans & a change of linen are available upon request and may incur additional fees. If a property is found to be left in an unreasonable state at check out, there may be excess cleaning charges involved. This will be determined on a case by case basis and a member of our team will contact the guest to advise of the excess cleaning.
Please leave the property in a neat and tidy state. We would appreciate you putting all used cutlery and crockery in the dishwasher and turning it on and place rubbish and recycling in the bins provided before you leave.
Cancellation Policy
Notice given 14 days and more before check in: Full refund will be given
Notice given 7-14 day before check in: 50% of the total booking value will be charged, unless booking is transferred to another time within 6 months.
Notice given less than 7 days before check in: 100% of the total booking value will be charged.
PLEASE NOTE If you have booked via Airbnb, their Terms and Conditions apply to the booking.
COVID Cancellation Policy
In the event of any government lockdowns or travel restrictions, we can hold a credit for a future stay.
If you are unwell, self-isolating or quarantining, we ask that you please contact us as soon as possible and we can move your stay to another time.
